We need to collect information in conjunction with establishing and maintaining your account with Turk’s Head. We use this information to help us make our site more useful to visitors, to learn about the number of visitors to our site and the type of technology our visitors use. We are in compliance with the Disposal Rule, a part of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act of 2003, which became effective June 1, 2005 and calls for the proper disposal of information in consumer reports and records to protect against “unauthorized access to or use of the information”. Our disposal practice includes disposal of consumer reports and other creditor information including credit applications in a manner that assures the information cannot be read or reconstructed. This disposal practice uses shredders in the office and commercial on site supervised shredder services or off site supervised burning. Our disposal practice also destroys or erases electronic files and media containing consumer report information.

Disclosure of Transaction Currency and Methods of Payment
Turk’s Head, www.turkshead.com and www.rifleaccuracybook.com accept MasterCard and Visa. Please contact us directly by phone at 206.683.3617 if you wish to write a check or send a money order for your transaction.
We do not currently accept international wire transfers, PayPal, American Express or Discover cards. We are unable to apply any other payment method not listed above.
All transactions will be completed in U.S. Dollars only.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
Books will be shipped via USPS Media Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS International Mail depending on weight and destination. Basic shipping for single book orders is $12.50 for USPS Media Mail in the United States.
For faster delivery, we can ship via UPS or FedEx.
Orders are sent to fulfillment daily and processed the next business day. USPS Media Mail provides a mail delivery window of 10 business days.
At checkout, a chart of shipping costs is provided for single, double and triple book orders within the United States and all international orders using USPS services. To purchase more than three books or for faster shipping, please call Turk’s Head directly and we will quote you a shipping price. You may also reach us via email at email@example.com. Please indicate Boyer Book in the subject line.
A quantity discount is available for orders of 12 books or more. Please call for more information regarding the discount and related shipping.
Some items may be too big to ship to a PO Box and must be shipped to a street address. You’ll be notified while placing your order if we’re unable to ship specific items to the address you’ve selected.
Orders that require special handling because they are extremely heavy (for example, multi-volume book orders) may be shipped only to locations within the U.S.
If you would prefer to use your own UPS or FedEx account number for shipping, please contact us directly by phone.
Basic return policy: Within 30 days of delivery, you may return your unopened merchandise in original condition for a full refund.
The following conditions and exceptions apply:
Partial refund policy: Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or opened for reasons not due to our error may be refunded up to 50% of item’s price.
Receiving a Refund
We’ll initiate a refund request after we receive and process your return. We’ll notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
For items returned to our Fulfillment Center, expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper though in many cases you’ll receive the refund sooner.
This time period includes:
- 7 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
- 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
- The time it takes your bank to process our refund request
